My time at Ruby Hill has easily been my most positive dental experience to date: I was recently able to secure a same-day appointment to take care of a much-needed extraction that my previous dentists had treated without urgency, and it was performed quickly and near-painlessly by Dr. Lex. Throughout our discussions I felt that my concerns and inquiries about my dental health were actually taken seriously and responded to with an informed and considerate treatment-plan. Dr. Lex and Cassidy were very knowledgeable and patient in speaking to me about different treatment options, and it was very refreshing to be given modern options that focus on preserving the health of my natural teeth over defaulting to drilling away at them. Ifrah was exceptionally kind and considerate during my appointment, and Travis was very thorough in explaining my financial options; the team is very cognizant to the financial burden of dental care and helped me to organize my projected treatments by urgency and affordability, as well as provided any cost estimates I requested without issue or delay. Finding such earnest dental care providers is a rare thing, and even rarer is to enjoy going to the dentist, but I am definitely encouraged by my experience with Ruby Hill's team and am looking forward to continuing my care with them!
